Care & Development Resources are currently working with associates, the Immigration Consultancy & Training Bureau (ICT Bureau). All immigration advice is referred to our associates. Until we have reached our level one status all work permit applications for nurses and general Immigration advice  will be handled by ICT Bureau.

Please note Care and Development Resources do not offer these services, all immigration advice is referred to a qualified immigration advisor.

 ICT Bureau provides advice, representation, advocacy and training in the following areas:

• Work Permit application under the point based system Tier 1 & 2

• Extension of leave to remain as a work permit holder including settlement.

• Appeals against curtailment of leave to remain by the Home Office under the Human Right     Act, 1998 following dismissal from work permit employment.

• Family applications to join a work permit holder or someone with indefinite leave to remain or an EEA national or British citizen.

• Change of employment for a work permit holder.

• Student application for entry clearance, extension of leave to remain.

• Student switching to work permit employment.

• Asylum and Human Right application and appeals to the AIT & High court.

• EEA family member application including – illegal entrants and overstayers

• All appeals against the decision of the Home Office whether or not they say there is no right of appeal!!
